You'll join the AI team at Parspec, transforming raw construction product data into structured intelligence for search, recommendation, and automation. Your work will help power the platform that over 300 distributors use to bid faster and operate more profitably. You'll design end-to-end ML pipelines and contribute to AI-driven workflows in a fast-growing startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Clean and structure large, messy datasets for AI training.
• Design and build end-to-end data and ML pipelines.
• Deploy machine learning models into production systems.
• Analyze datasets to improve product discovery and recommendations.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL
• Experience with scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Proven experience with large, messy, unstructured datasets

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AWS and Django
• Familiarity with OCR or PDF data extraction
• Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
