Description

You will serve as a strategic bridge between data engineering and business end-users, developing intuitive dashboards to empower stakeholders to make data-driven decisions. You'll work end-to-end, proactively anticipating data gaps and collaborating across global teams to drive high-impact reporting and insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in quantitative field (Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics).
• Minimum 3 years SQL experience with relational databases.
• Proficiency in Looker, Tableau, QlikView, or Power BI.
• Strong communication skills; ability to translate between business and technical concepts.
• Proven autonomy with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of commercial, operational, and people data; partner with stakeholders to translate business questions into high-impact reporting.
• Master existing dashboards to drive adoption and enhance assets for streamlined user experience.
• Collaborate with Advanced Analytics, Product, Finance, Engineering, and Commercial Operations.
• Design and maintain LookML models and dashboards; work with engineers to integrate data sources and improve quality.
• Facilitate BI adoption through training, troubleshooting, and documenting methodologies.
