💼 About This Role

You'll lead technical accounting and financial reporting to prepare the organization for its first external audit and public market entry. Working with the Chief Accounting Officer, you'll manage complex GAAP topics and leverage AI tools to optimize workflows. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own technical accounting for audit and S-1 preparation
• Lead preparation of GAAP financial statements and footnotes
• Oversee external audit process ensuring readiness and compliance
• Establish scalable accounting policies and internal controls

📋 Requirements

• Active CPA with Big 4 background
• 8+ years of progressive technical accounting experience
• Deep understanding of US GAAP principles and practices
• Experience preparing GAAP financial statements from scratch
