Description

You will lead business development and strategic account growth for Aerospace and Defense programs, building customer relationships and driving profitable revenue. You'll oversee pursuits, develop account strategies, and collaborate with leadership to scale key accounts.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in sales, relationship, or account management in Aerospace or Defense
  • Bachelor's Degree; MBA preferred
  • Strong engineering and digital solutions knowledge
  • Experience with lifecycle engineering services and embedded software
  • Proven business development and proposal creation experience

Responsibilities

  • Build trust and partnerships with client personnel at all levels
  • Drive opportunity management cycle to grow revenue and expand services
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans including SWOT analysis
  • Conduct regular customer reviews and ensure proactive communication
  • Lead sales and delivery teams in a matrixed environment
