🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and coordinate daily activities of Site Engineers
• Conduct progress tracking against BIM models using AR device
• Perform on-site QA inspections and record findings
• Attend weekly coordination meetings with client

📋 Requirements

• Experience working on large scale construction projects
• Experience supervising or coordinating small teams
• Understanding of construction drawings and BIM models
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and clients
