Description

You will own and optimize the go-to-market technology ecosystem, including Salesforce and HubSpot, driving strategy, configuration, integrations, and process enablement alongside Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in GTM Systems, RevOps, BizOps, or Business Applications
  • Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce (admin/configuration required)
  • Strong experience with HubSpot (marketing automation, CRM, integrations)
  • Proven experience building and supporting integrations (APIs, middleware, ETL tools)
  • Strong understanding of GTM data models (leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, pipeline, ARR)

Responsibilities

  • Own and operate the end-to-end GTM systems stack (Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Define the GTM systems roadmap in partnership with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and RevOps
  • Configure and customize Salesforce and HubSpot (objects, workflows, automations, reports, dashboards)
  • Design and manage integrations using middleware or APIs to ensure reliable data flow
  • Partner with business stakeholders to design efficient, scalable GTM processes and reduce manual work through automation
