Description
You will own and optimize the go-to-market technology ecosystem, including Salesforce and HubSpot, driving strategy, configuration, integrations, and process enablement alongside Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in GTM Systems, RevOps, BizOps, or Business Applications
- Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce (admin/configuration required)
- Strong experience with HubSpot (marketing automation, CRM, integrations)
- Proven experience building and supporting integrations (APIs, middleware, ETL tools)
- Strong understanding of GTM data models (leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, pipeline, ARR)
Responsibilities
- Own and operate the end-to-end GTM systems stack (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Define the GTM systems roadmap in partnership with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and RevOps
- Configure and customize Salesforce and HubSpot (objects, workflows, automations, reports, dashboards)
- Design and manage integrations using middleware or APIs to ensure reliable data flow
- Partner with business stakeholders to design efficient, scalable GTM processes and reduce manual work through automation
