💼 About This Role

You'll own a product initiative from ideation to execution, bridging US and Japan teams. You'll conduct customer discovery and market research to define product features for a mobility startup. This role offers direct exposure to executive leadership including the CEO.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with non-Japanese PMs to gather requirements and define features
• Conduct customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis
• Write PRDs to align engineering and design teams
• Present final project and recommendations to executive leadership

📋 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a top-tier MBA program
• Native or full professional proficiency in Japanese
• Business-level English proficiency
• 1-2 years of direct Product Management experience (preferred)

📨 Hiring Process

Full-time internship lasting at least 6 weeks, requires in-office work Monday and Tuesday.
