You'll design and deliver high impact features as part of the Product Engineering team, closely collaborating with product, design, and engineers. Your work will enable user researchers to extract compelling insights from qualitative data using classical techniques and large language models. You'll take ownership of projects from concept to production, contributing to architectural decisions and helping raise the technical bar.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build features for analyzing qualitative research data
• Expand audience management and participant reward systems
• Integrate video and scheduling tools for user interviews
• Partner with product, design, and engineers to ship features

📋 Requirements

• Proficient in Node.js and React
• Experience with PostgreSQL or relational databases
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Thrives in a remote environment

• Experience with Next.js, NestJS, GraphQL, or TypeScript
• Experience with AWS or Kubernetes
