Description

You will lead the architecture and execution of NICE's global HR operating model, driving an AI-driven HR ecosystem to support high-performance culture. This role involves strategic service delivery governance, operational excellence lifecycle management, HR systems and analytics leadership, and managing a global team.

Requirements

• 10+ years HR experience with significant leadership in HR Operations, PMO, or Shared Services in a global fast-paced organization
• Proven track record of designing scalable HR operating models and leading organizational transformation
• Proficiency in HR ERPs (Workday/SAP/SuccessFactors)
• Experience managing multi-regional teams

Responsibilities

• Define and lead global HR service delivery strategy including shared services, case management, and SLAs
• Lead global hire-to-retire process design focusing on simplification, standardization, and automation
• Embed Gen-AI tools into HR workflows to enhance employee self-service and query resolution
• Oversee flawless execution of pre-boarding, onboarding, mobility, relocations, and offboarding
• Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing global HR Operations organization across multiple regions
