Description

You will lead three Scrum teams building the Windows Privilege Management platform, shaping the roadmap and ensuring each sprint delivers value. Collaborate with engineering, UX, and product management to drive innovation in enterprise security.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent in business, IT, or relevant professional experience
• Demonstrated track record in software development
• Deep understanding of Agile, especially Scrum
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Analytical, decisive, and organized

Responsibilities

• Lead three Agile teams building the Windows Privilege Management platform
• Create and communicate product vision, connect strategy to execution
• Own and refine value-led backlogs, balancing innovation, technical excellence, and customer impact
• Run Scrum ceremonies and drive collaborative workshops
• Maintain a 3–6 month roadmap with varying granularity
