• Experience with copper and fiber network design

• Proficiency in CAD tools like FROGS and Varasset
• Field coordination skills with travel flexibility

Responsibilities

• Design and plan outside plant facilities for copper and fiber infrastructure
• Prepare and review engineering drawings and loop loss calculations
• Develop project budgets and monitor costs
• Prepare and submit permit packages to agencies
• Coordinate with contractors and utilities for project support
