Description

You will analyze and design new business processes, collaborate with business users to define requirements, and facilitate process redesign. You'll serve as a liaison to the business community while advising on all change aspects, helping drive positive change that moves missions and the government forward.

Requirements

• Experience with ServiceNow (ITSM)
• Experience developing standard documentation, including requirement and design specifications, use cases, test plans and scripts and other supporting system documentation
• Experience working with stakeholders and development team(s) to deliver solutions
• An active TS/SCI security clearance is required and must be willing to obtain a polygraph

Responsibilities

• Developing business processes, gathering requirements and developing stories
• Provide process flow and other required system documentation
• Build a trusting relationship with major project stakeholders and leads them to adoption of the best solution
• Assist in quality management reviews and ensures that all business and design requirements are met
• May also assist and sometimes lead test plan development and execution
• Supports Organizational Change Management (OCM) efforts by providing information on the 'to be' solution
• Develop and implement test plans for users through SDLC
