Description

As Head of ALM, you will lead balance sheet management, capital planning, and risk frameworks to support Luno's financial health and strategic growth. You'll oversee treasury risk, funding strategies, and investment hedging.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years progressive corporate treasury experience with ALM, capital management, and financial risk
• Experience with crypto or wallet operations at a crypto or fintech company
• Strong understanding of financial markets including interest rate, currency, and derivatives
• Excellent analytical, modeling, and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Design and lead comprehensive ALM framework with oversight of treasury risk functions
• Drive capital planning, risk-based capital allocation, and regulatory compliance
• Optimize balance sheet structure and conduct stress testing
• Develop funding strategy and manage liquidity framework including contingency plans
• Manage investment portfolio and hedge portfolios for currency and interest rate exposures
