💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in delivering an amazing shopping experience for music and pop culture fans. Your core impact is training new recruits and driving sales through product knowledge and customer engagement. You'll also help with daily operations and meeting sales targets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage repeat customers.
• Step in to cover the sales floor and provide leadership support.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using fandom knowledge.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to navigate store, merchandise product, and pack/unpack boxes up to 50 pounds.
