Join our Data team to build high-quality dbt models and shape our Data Quality and Governance function at a fintech that backs UK small businesses. You'll partner with product engineering and analysts to drive data accuracy and visibility.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and own high quality dbt models
• Translate business logic into programmatic data quality rules
• Collaborate with analysts and data scientists on data quality needs
• Champion best practices for data quality and testing

📋 Requirements

• Strong SQL skills with efficient queries
• Hands-on experience with dbt building scalable models
• Previous experience in Data Quality engagements
• Strong understanding of dimensional modelling

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with tools like Great Expectations, dbt tests, Elementary, Soda, or Deequ
• Familiarity with AWS data services (S3, Athena, Glue)
• Experience with Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery
