You will own the client relationship for a portfolio of accounts, serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3-5 years direct client-facing experience with a track record of growing client value
- Background in healthcare technology, digital health, or employer/health benefit industries
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor
- Proactively engage clients to understand goals and deliver tailored solutions
- Monitor client health, generate insights, and present quarterly business reviews
