You will own the client relationship for a portfolio of accounts, serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact. Your focus will be on proactive engagement, driving retention and satisfaction through data-driven strategies, quarterly reviews, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure a seamless experience with Rightway's services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3-5 years direct client-facing experience with a track record of growing client value
  • Background in healthcare technology, digital health, or employer/health benefit industries
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor
