Description

You will drive growth by developing and executing a comprehensive events strategy including virtual webinars, admissions-related events, and community events. You'll manage the full event lifecycle, collaborate with marketing and outreach teams, and analyze performance to achieve KPIs, all while supporting our mission to expand access to behavioral health treatment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant event experience
• Experience in healthcare industry highly preferred
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects
• Comfortable analyzing data and reporting on event performance
• Bachelor's degree in related field

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual events strategy aligned with business goals
• Drive end-to-end event process from strategy to execution
• Maintain event calendar and manage logistics including registration, attendee tracking, and evaluations
• Manage relationships with external vendors and 3rd parties
• Set goals and monitor event performance across signups, attendance, and post-event activities
