Requirements

• Active LPN license in Indiana
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care to clients in home setting
• Deliver personalized, high-quality care across all ages and acuity levels
• Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families
• Use electronic charting to document patient care
• Participate in paid training and skill-building opportunities
