🎯 What You'll Do

• Own technical work from design through deployment
• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and data pipelines
• Collaborate with researchers to ship high-impact features
• Participate in code reviews and raise technical bar

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional software engineering experience
• Proficiency in Python and at least one other language
• Experience working in production environments with real users
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to operate autonomously

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience at an AI, ML, or data company
• Familiarity with LLM training or RLHF pipelines
• Open-source contributions or published technical writing
