You'll join Veeam's Technical Customer Support team, acting as a trusted advisor for IT professionals using Veeam Backup and Replication. You'll troubleshoot complex virtualization issues and ensure customer success through expert analysis. This role offers the chance to work with top-tier technologies and a supportive global team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform troubleshooting and log file analysis
• Act as technical focal point for IT professionals
• Own customer issues from start to resolution
• Document all interactions accurately in CRM

📋 Requirements

• Fluent Spanish and English
• Advanced knowledge of Windows Server 2016-2025 and Windows 10/11
• Practical TCP/IP and networking configuration skills
• Ability to quickly learn and explain technical information

✨ Nice to Have

• UNIX/Linux knowledge
• VMware ESX(i) or Microsoft Hyper-V experience
• Microsoft Exchange or SQL/Oracle administration
