💼 About This Role

You'll assess student development and contribute to IEPs for behavioral growth. Your work directly supports students exhibiting challenging behaviors across multiple school locations. This role offers direct hire with a school following a school calendar and no annual contract.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Work directly with students who exhibit challenging behaviors
• Perform functional behavior assessments for individual students
• Develop and implement evidence-based intervention plans
• Train staff in implementing interventions and programming

📋 Requirements

• Behavior Analyst licensure and BACB certification
• Experience working as a behavior or autism specialist
• Ability to travel locally and regionally
