You'll develop and deliver training content to equip Business Development Representatives for success at a global data and AI platform. You'll drive course attendance, scale education programs, and improve product adoption across the Addepar community.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and collaborate on training content for BDRs
• Deliver instructor-led courses virtually and in-person
• Scale customer education programs for product adoption
• Partner with cross-functional teams to build onboarding programs

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years using Addepar platform or 3+ years in software education role
• Outstanding presentation skills
• Strong knowledge of Wealth Management industry
• Ability to tailor messaging to varied audiences

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with LMS tools such as Articulate 360
• Experience with revenue intelligence platforms like Gong
