💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales at a pop culture retailer. You'll help train new recruits and assist with daily operations. This role combines fandom passion with retail leadership in a mission-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience and drive add-on sales.
• Open and close the store, covering the sales floor as needed.
• Process sales transactions and close out the register.
• Assist with planogram changes and maintain store organization.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 50 pounds.
