💼 About This Role

You'll join the Data Science team at Airwallex, building state-of-the-art GTM models to accelerate revenue growth. You'll partner with Product, Growth, and Commercial teams to uncover revenue levers and operationalize insights into scalable solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate complex statistical results into actionable narratives for stakeholders
• Lead exploratory analyses to identify latent revenue levers and emerging trends
• Build revenue forecasting and forward-looking performance insights
• Apply causal inference methods like DiD, synthetic control to estimate impact

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of industry experience and an advanced degree (MS/PhD) in a quantitative field
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Python or R
• Experience applying causal inference methods such as DiD, synthetic control
• Ability to translate technical work into actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Databricks or similar cloud data platforms
• Familiarity with Hex or notebook-based analysis tools
• Experience in a high-growth startup or B2B business models
