💼 About This Role

You'll design and oversee ABA treatment programs for children with Autism at our state-of-the-art clinic in Raleigh, NC. You'll supervise behavior technicians and provide parent education to help each client reach their potential. You'll collaborate with a supportive team and benefit from small caseloads.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct behavior assessments according to client needs
• Design treatment plans and measurement systems
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavioral Technicians
• Provide family training and complete documentation

📋 Requirements

• BCBA certification in good standing
• 1+ years experience in ABA preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Pass background and reference check
