You'll join Kong's Customer Experience team, enabling customers to leverage APIs and microservices with Kong Konnect platform. You'll manage a portfolio of customers, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring they realize value from their investment. This contract role offers a chance to pioneer automated customer engagement at a leading API connectivity company.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Coach customers throughout their lifecycle with CX team.
  • Define adoption plans and post-sales engagement best practices.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product to maximize solution value.
  • Innovate tooling and processes for efficiency gains.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Builder's mentality to solve complex customer problems.
  • Strong organizational skills to drive customer outcomes.
  • Good understanding of complex technology environments.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (Spanish preferred).

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in SaaS, Open Source, or Infrastructure software.
  • Solid understanding of Cloud Native technologies (Kubernetes, Microservices).
  • Foundational understanding of APIM.
