🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead requirements process across discovery, design, and development phases
• Translate business needs into clear, sprint-ready requirements
• Collaborate with UX, design, and engineering teams to shape solutions
• Manage multi-stakeholder environments including clinical and executive teams
• Define integrations across CMS, martech, and EHR systems like Epic

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience leading BA work in complex digital environments
• Strong understanding of EHR platforms (e.g., Epic) and regulatory environments
• Experience with CMS-driven solutions and component-based architectures
• Ability to write clear, testable, and scalable requirements

✨ Nice to Have

• Healthcare domain experience preferred
• Familiarity with martech ecosystems
• Experience mentoring junior BAs
