• Manage and develop a team of software engineers
• Own delivery of team roadmap and feature execution
• Partner with Product and QA on scope and timelines
• Drive adoption of CI/CD, automated testing, and code quality
• Support release readiness, production stability, and incident response

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years managing software engineering teams
• 6+ years professional software engineering experience
• Experience delivering cloud-based SaaS applications
• Experience with Agile and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience supporting production systems and incident response

• Experience with .NET (C#, .NET Core)
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., Angular)
