You'll oversee cafe operations during your shift at Blank Street, ensuring smooth service and a positive team environment. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Craft coffee products and serve customers with energy and empathy
• Train new team members on recipes, processes, and brand standards
• Open and close the store safely as a key holder
• Handle minor customer issues positively and solution-focused

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in a customer service leadership role
• 18+ years of age
• Ability to lift 25+ lbs and stand for long periods
• Availability for 30-40 hours/week including weekends and holidays
