Description

As a Product Designer for Coupang Eats, you will define and drive the growth of new quick-commerce initiatives, collaborating with Business, Engineering, and Product teams to create delightful shopping and food delivery experiences. You'll dive deep into complex problems, use data and user research to prioritize improvements, and maintain high design quality in a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements

• 7+ years creating high-quality designs with strong interaction and visual design skills
• Experience collaborating with product managers and leadership to develop strategy and rationale for large features and programs
• Experience working across multiple teams in a fast-growing startup environment
• Experience redesigning key product, experience, or service elements from 0 to 1
• Native or bilingual proficiency in Korean and English communication

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise design projects; collaborate with Business, Engineering, and Product teams to shape strategy and decisions
• Conduct user research and analysis to identify problems and prioritize product improvements
• Dive deep into complex problems, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity solutions
• Maintain design quality with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Think systematically to propose solutions based on intuition and evidence (data, benchmarking, testing)
