You'll support prospective patients into care through outreach, engagement, and free consultation calls at a venture-backed virtual care startup revolutionizing women's behavioral health. You'll conduct phone consults, manage patient intake lines, and help patients get the care they deserve.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct 20-minute phone consults screening prospective patients for fit with care model
• Manage patient intake phone and text lines, scheduling consultations
• Assist patients with intake form completion and maintain CRM records in Hubspot
• Monitor conversion rates and engagement metrics

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare customer service or patient engagement
• Direct patient experience in maternal health or mental health care
• Ability to work CST hours (9am or 10am CST start time)

✨ Nice to Have

• Additional coursework in healthcare administration or related field
• Preference for candidate who can work west coast hours
