- Handle high-volume queries via Intercom with empathy.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues creatively.
- Become an expert in the Accurx platform.
- Synthesize user feedback for product teams.

- Written communication skills to explain complex fixes clearly.
- Relentless curiosity and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to stay composed under high volume.
- Interest in AI tools for support workflows.

- Background in healthcare or NHS systems.
- Prior fast-paced service environment experience (retail, hospitality).
