You'll be the voice of Accurx to healthcare professionals, helping millions of patients. You'll solve problems creatively and champion clinical excellence in a fast-paced environment. This is a frontline role where you'll shape the product with user feedback and master our platform using AI tools.

  • Handle high-volume queries via Intercom with empathy.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues creatively.
  • Become an expert in the Accurx platform.
  • Synthesize user feedback for product teams.

  • Written communication skills to explain complex fixes clearly.
  • Relentless curiosity and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to stay composed under high volume.
  • Interest in AI tools for support workflows.

  • Experience with Intercom or similar support tools.
  • Background in healthcare or NHS systems.
  • Prior fast-paced service environment experience (retail, hospitality).
