You'll own technical accounting and financial reporting to prepare for a first external audit and public markets entry. You'll work with the Chief Accounting Officer and a dedicated finance team, leveraging AI tools to optimize workflows. This is a unique opportunity to impact a growing AI company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own technical accounting for audit and S-1 preparation
• Lead preparation of GAAP financial statements and footnote disclosures
• Oversee external audit process for readiness and compliance
• Manage external technical accounting advisors and valuation specialists

📋 Requirements

• Active CPA with Big 4 or national firm background
• 8+ years of progressive experience in technical accounting or financial reporting
• Deep understanding of US GAAP principles and practices
• Experience preparing GAAP financial statements from scratch
