💼 About This Role

You'll lead a DevOps/DevEx team that enables faster delivery and reliability by automating cloud infrastructure and on-premise hardware. You'll drive best-in-class DevOps engineering principles and continuous delivery automation across hybrid environments. This role offers the chance to shape developer experience tooling and advocate Lean practices.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive DevOps engineering principles across the Technology Group
• Lead evolution of Continuous Delivery and automation of build/deploy/test
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and developer experience tooling
• Establish engineering quality dashboards and portals for metrics

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related discipline
• People management of a DevOps team
• Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery automation
• Experience managing hybrid environments (data center + AWS/Azure)
