🎯 What You'll Do

• Screen and interview candidates over the phone
• Schedule Zoom and in-person interviews with team members
• Support recruiting logistics for career fairs and events
• Maintain accurate candidate tracking in applicant tracking system

📋 Requirements

• Ability to work full-time onsite 8-5
• Experience with interviewing and screening processes
• Strong administrative and operations skills
• Knowledge and experience with an ATS environment
