• Address resident issues with care and escalate when needed.
• Plan and execute community events to foster belonging.
• Prepare bills and ensure timely rent collection.
• Coordinate move-ins and lease document preparation.
• Manage work orders to complete maintenance within 48 hours.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of property management experience.
• Proficiency with computers and standard office software.
• Ability to sit for long periods and walk the community.
