💼 About This Role

You'll help infants and toddlers with developmental delays build strength and independence through individualized therapy in our Early Intervention program. You'll partner closely with families and a multidisciplinary team to provide family-centered care that supports each child's development. This role offers a chance to make a direct impact in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct developmental and physical assessments for children ages 0–3
• Develop and implement individualized, family-centered treatment plans
• Provide hands-on therapy to support gross motor development, mobility, and strength
• Educate and coach families on incorporating therapy strategies into daily routines

📋 Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Strong clinical skills in pediatric assessment and treatment
• Knowledge of early intervention principles and child development
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in pediatric physical therapy or early intervention
• Experience in home- or community-based settings
• Pediatric certification or board specialization
