Description
You will own the full enablement lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing skill development, designing and delivering programs while building a scalable function. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and RevOps to ensure the revenue team has actionable information and leverage AI tools like Claude to accelerate content and automate workflows.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of Revenue or Sales Enablement experience with hands-on individual contributor work
- Player-coach experience building programs and mentoring teams
- Experience in high-growth startup (Series B or later) or IPO/M&A preparation
- Proven ability to build enablement infrastructure from scratch in fast-moving environments
- Strong command of sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPICED)
Responsibilities
- Own the full enablement lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing training and certification
- Develop and execute Revenue Enablement strategy aligned to company goals and sales methodology
- Build and maintain content library of playbooks, battle cards, and onboarding curricula
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and RevOps
- Instrument and measure enablement effectiveness using productivity metrics and revenue impact
