Requirements
- Minimum 3 years professional IT support experience, preferably in financial services
- Ability to independently manage multiple priorities
- Strong technical troubleshooting capability
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows 11, Zoom, Citrix, VPN, Jira Service Management
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary on-site technology representative for New York office
- Diagnose, resolve, or escalate issues with urgency and ownership
- Deliver high-touch professional support in person, in writing, and remotely
