Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years professional IT support experience, preferably in financial services
  • Ability to independently manage multiple priorities
  • Strong technical troubleshooting capability
  • Clear and confident communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows 11, Zoom, Citrix, VPN, Jira Service Management
