💼 About This Role

You'll help define and execute the go-to-market strategy for Porto, Anchorage Digital's institutional self-custody solution. Your work will directly accelerate client acquisition and unlock new revenue streams across DeFi and institutional markets. This hands-on role partners with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Finance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and iterate pricing models and commercial strategy for Porto.
• Build dashboards and reports in Looker to support business reviews.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform product roadmap and GTM decisions.
• Grow Porto's Featured dApp program, including partner sourcing and deal structures.

📋 Requirements

• 5–10+ years of experience in strategy, growth, or GTM roles within crypto or fintech.
• Direct experience with self-custody, wallets, or institutional crypto infrastructure.
• Deep understanding of the DeFi ecosystem, including protocols and yield mechanics.
• Proven experience building or influencing pricing models and monetization strategies.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience at an institutional crypto platform, exchange, prime broker, or custody provider.
• Experience launching or scaling ecosystem programs (e.g., dApp marketplaces, partner programs).
• Familiarity with DAO governance, on-chain analytics, or protocol economics.
