Description

Lead the financial reporting process for project and corporate entities, managing month-end close, covenant calculations, and a team of accountants. You'll collaborate with the project accounting team and report to the Head of Accounting, ensuring accurate US GAAP and IFRS reporting for investors and lenders.

Requirements

• Experience in accounting management or relevant role
• Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS
• Leadership and team development skills
• Strong analytical and communication abilities
• Experience with financial reporting and budgeting

Responsibilities

• Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual close of corporate and project companies
• Approve journal entries and maintain reconciliations
• Prepare financial statements and covenant calculations
• Manage and develop a team of staff and senior accountants
• Assist in creating annual budgets and budget-to-actual analysis
