🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with senior stakeholders to define customer strategy across lifecycle and promotions
• Drive large-scale customer initiatives like the Sportsbook loyalty program
• Use behavioral insights and segmentation to inform strategic decisions
• Analyze opportunities to optimize personalized promotion delivery

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in strategy, analytics, or commercial role
• Strong analytical skills and ability to deploy structured project work
• Proficiency with SQL and Excel is required
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing projects

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Previous marketing experience preferred
• Ability to use Tableau, Python, or R
