Description

You will lead and innovate recruiting efforts across the US, owning the end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycle for a growing brand. You'll partner with leaders to hire exceptional talent for stores and HQ, drive strategy, employer branding, and process improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years TA experience at high-growth consumer-focused brand
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects to completion
  • Track record building scalable metrics-driven recruitment processes
  • Experience with compensation benchmarking and pay band research
  • Results oriented, problem-solving, detail oriented

Responsibilities

  • Support execution of hiring top talent at HQ
  • Partner with managers and own job requisition process
  • Own candidate intake, screening, and coordination
  • Lead execution of hiring barista and shift lead talent pool
  • Deliver data-driven insights to elevate hiring performance
