Description
You will lead and innovate recruiting efforts across the US, owning the end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycle for a growing brand. You'll partner with leaders to hire exceptional talent for stores and HQ, drive strategy, employer branding, and process improvement in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years TA experience at high-growth consumer-focused brand
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects to completion
- Track record building scalable metrics-driven recruitment processes
- Experience with compensation benchmarking and pay band research
- Results oriented, problem-solving, detail oriented
Responsibilities
- Support execution of hiring top talent at HQ
- Partner with managers and own job requisition process
- Own candidate intake, screening, and coordination
- Lead execution of hiring barista and shift lead talent pool
- Deliver data-driven insights to elevate hiring performance
