You will oversee the Mejuri piercing studio, ensuring exceptional customer experiences from check-in to aftercare. You'll manage operations, uphold safety standards, and build a loyal clientele while working with cutting-edge equipment and fine jewelry.

Requirements

• Expertise in piercing techniques, safety, and hygiene standards
• Knowledge of initial piercings, allowable alloys, and aftercare protocols
• Calm and professional demeanor in providing piercing services
• Ability to verify identification, maintain legal compliance, and handle biohazard waste
• Familiarity with Mejuri jewelry assortment including labret sizing, materials, gemstones, and metals

Responsibilities

• Oversee piercing customer journey including greeting, check-in, styling, transaction, and aftercare education
• Manage piercing studio operations, inventory, scheduling, and health/safety compliance
• Build strong local clientele and promote brand awareness
• Lead by example on sales floor, training team on customer experience expectations
• Communicate piercing product insights and opportunities to Store Manager
