You'll be the operational heartbeat of our People & Talent function, owning key moments in the employee journey. You'll run a seamless onboarding and offboarding experience, manage visa programmes, and handle HR queries. This 12-month FTC at Relay offers a chance to scale the people function of a hyper-growth logistics startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Run end-to-end onboarding and offboarding experiences
• Own visa and immigration programme
• Answer day-to-day HR queries for employees and managers
• Maintain HRIS accuracy and people data cleanliness
• Coordinate TA logistics from case study to onsite interviews

📋 Requirements

• 1–2 years of HR or People Ops experience
• Experience with HRIS like Deel or similar
• Accuracy and data obsession
• Ability to juggle competing priorities calmly
