You'll manage a team of hourly associates in an inspection center to meet production goals. Your work directly impacts the quality of vehicles delivered to customers. This role offers career growth in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly production goals
• Coach and develop team members on reconditioning processes
• Review and approve mechanical and physical defects of vehicles

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• 1+ years of supervisory or reconditioning experience
• Ability to lift 60 pounds and stand for extended periods
