You'll partner with engineering leadership to source and close top engineering talent from universities worldwide. You'll lead strategic programs and build relationships with target universities. This role is essential to Verkada's rapid growth as a leader in cloud physical security.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle full cycle recruiting for entry level hires and interns year round
• Build relationships with target universities across U.S. and internationally
• Create, plan, and execute branding and recruitment events
• Manage year round intern programs

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3+ years of experience of technical university recruiting for a high growth company
• Demonstrated ability to handle a high volume of reqs
• Experience managing multiple competing priorities
