💼 About This Role

You'll join Snowflake's Commercial Legal team to support SaaS transactions and drive company revenue. You'll structure, negotiate, and close complex sales agreements while providing legal guidance to senior leaders. This hybrid role in NY or MA offers the chance to work at the forefront of AI-native legal operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Structure, negotiate, and close SaaS sales agreements
• Advise senior business leaders on legal and business issues
• Manage risk in commercial agreements
• Develop and deliver training on legal issues and contract processes

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in-house commercial legal experience at enterprise SaaS company
• Law degree from accredited U.S. law school and U.S. bar license
• SaaS-centric expertise in revenue recognition, tax, security, data privacy, IP
• Experience with highly regulated cloud customers (FinServ, healthcare)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience supporting generative AI offerings
• Familiarity with CLM and AI-enabled tools
