Description

You will lead the Frontend Mobile Platform team to accelerate software development across customer-facing applications. You'll drive adoption of modern technologies, improve developer productivity, and ensure seamless delivery of web and mobile experiences. This role combines people leadership with hands-on engineering.

Requirements

• 2+ years leadership/people management experience
• 5+ years hands-on as Frontend or Mobile Engineer (TypeScript, React, React Native, Next.js)
• Experience introducing and scaling Internal Developer Platform for client-side
• Proficiency with Cloud services (AWS CloudFront/S3, Netlify, Vercel) and CI/CD
• Knowledge of RESTful and GraphQL APIs, BFF, content/translation management, feature flags

Responsibilities

• Manage E2E delivery cycle of web and mobile applications
• Nurture open communication and culture of trust, resolve impediments
• Drive OKR process for the team
• Hire, onboard, and coach engineers
• Collaborate with Tech Lead and facilitate strategy and planning
