💼 About This Role

You'll lead the sales organization for the largest Transportation Management System (TMS) in the market following a merger. You'll drive scalable revenue growth and shape the go-to-market strategy from the ground up. This role offers a unique chance to build a category-leading TMS platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for predictable revenue growth
  • Lead as a player-coach on complex deals and enterprise opportunities
  • Build and scale the sales organization including SEs, SDRs, and sales ops
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Customer Success, and Product

📋 Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive B2B SaaS sales experience
  • 10+ years in senior sales leadership with multi-million-dollar revenue targets
  • 5+ years selling Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or logistics tech
  • Forecasting accuracy through rigorous pipeline inspection and MEDDPICC/SPICED
